This program is a FREE 6 week program includes:
-hormone symptoms imblanace solution concepts
-meal plan with grocery list OR list of foods to help create your own plan
-exercise recommendations and strategies
-every two weeks a new focus on nutrition, stress sleep, and maintenance
You are required to:
-be available for an in person meeting on Monday, July 31 at 6p
-be available for zoom check-ins every Wednesday at 6p.
